So, this month has been fun so far. My previous post was about the holidays coming up, and so this post will be about how those holidays went.
First, the Moon Festival. I made a recipe for Moon cakes, it didn't turn out quite like I planned, but it still was pretty tasty. I'll post the recipe later as soon as I find where I put it. Also, I did work on drawings of Alexa, Lania, and Spiriel (though I'm not quite done with her's) I'll post those pictures later too.
Now, St. Patrick's Day!
I had lots of fun. First, I pinched several of my family members who were not wearing green because they had forgotten what day it was, and then once everyone was wearing green, I got to make four leaf clover pancakes!
I think they turned out alright, though it was a last minute idea and we didn't have enough pancake mix so I had to make my own. Luckily I found a good recipe in a cook book.
The rest of the day wasn't as exciting. I had a piano lesson, and the teacher had decorated the room with green streamers and shiny shamrocks. After that I also read some stories to my little sister about St. Patrick's Day stuff. That was nice, but I have to say the highlight of the day was the morning.
Anyway, quick sentence about my english exam . . . I got an A! Yay!
And last sentence (or two) of the post, I'm going to be including the 'elvish phrase of the month' in this post. Here it is: Saesa omentien lle (pleasure meeting you).
And yes, it has been a pleasure meeting you, though I probably never actually have. If you comment then I suppose we have met indirectly though.
